We were undergoing a major office cleanup/remodel and realized we were losing valuable cabinet storage space.  Our original Storwal cabinet rails had been replaced with inferior rails not made for the cabinet.  In and effort to replace them, we called several office supply stores, business furniture outlets, private office furniture vendors, even the manufacturer.  We encountered every problem imaginable from our calls not being returned to not-in-stock merchandise, even unprofessional sales people.

This is a short note to once again thank you for being a true problem solver.  As you know, All Steel was acquired by Hon which made my search for the file bars extremely difficult.  I had contacted several local (Chicago land area) businesses in an attempt to get the right file bars for old All Steel filing cabinet.  Several vendors inspected my cabinet, but no one was able to help me.  Due to my elevated frustration, I turned to the internet and came across your website.  I was so relieved to see all the All Steel products that your website listed.  The file bars are installed and my formerly useless All Steel cabinet is now capable of housing all of my hanging file folders.
